User Guide
Researchers, academics, students, practitioners, and industry professionals are invited to contribute to the scientific program of ODSIE 2027 by submitting original research, applied studies, methodological developments, and industrial case studies through the conference submission system.
Authors may participate through either of the following submission types:
- Abstract: 150–250 words
- Full Paper
Publication Opportunities
Full papers submitted before the conference will undergo a scientific review and selection process. Selected high-quality papers may be considered for publication in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) Book Series, which is planned for publication before ODSIE 2027. Other eligible full papers may be considered for submission to one of the designated journals listed on the conference website.
Authors who wish to participate in the conference without initially submitting a full paper may submit an abstract for presentation. Following ODSIE 2027, they will have the opportunity to submit the corresponding full paper for evaluation and possible submission to one of the designated journals.
Researchers are also encouraged to introduce ODSIE 2027 to colleagues, students, research groups, and professional networks who may be interested in contributing to or participating in the conference.
For scientific and submission-related questions, please contact odsie@refconf.com.
Registration and manuscript submission should be completed through the ODSIE 2027 online submission system.
The submission procedure is the same for manuscripts prepared in English or Turkish.
Flexible Initial Submission
Authors are not required to follow a specific publication template when making their initial submission. Detailed formatting requirements will apply only after a manuscript has been selected for publication in the Springer CCIS Book Series or for submission to one of the designated journals.
Submission Requirements
- Upload the main manuscript as one MS Word (.docx) file.
- A Full Paper should contain the title, author name(s), affiliations, corresponding author details, abstract, keywords, and the main manuscript. The manuscript will normally include sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References, together with appropriately captioned tables and figures where applicable.
- An Abstract submission should contain the title, author name(s), affiliations, corresponding author details, abstract, and keywords.
- Authors must be entered in the submission system in the same order as they appear in the manuscript. Please verify that the author information in both records is identical.
Authors who prefer to prepare their manuscripts using the conference format may download the Springer MS Word proceedings template Word proceedings template provided on this page.
